The Home-Based Job Proposal

I am not looking for any home based jobs that involves computer programming and web development right now.  And I hope I won’t need to look for one in the future.  Although it’s been years I had stopped working as a programmer, I still got those home-based job proposals even if I turned them down to work on their company.

Why I can’t accept those job proposals even if it’s home-based?

  • Even if THEY say that I hold my own time, it is really until I accepted the job and I would need to comply on their company standard.
  • I won’t be able to tell them that I need to take care of my kid for a week or two if they really needed me.

So those are just the simple reasons.  I won’t exchange the time when my kids are most needed me to some jobs.

  1. Some work on a per-project basis (you bid on a project) kaya di impt when you work and how much time you spend on work so long as you deliver 🙂

But hey, I do agree with you. If it takes quality time away from your kids, not worth it. And if you have a chance to earn and still keep flexible hours (i.e. online shop), ayos yan!

Kami ni hubby, kelangan kumayod dalawa, daming utang 😛 But then again, I did the SAHM for a full year and then WAHM as a consultant for another year after that… enjoy rin ako sa full time position (mas hindi ako pagod compared to if I am home with my kid all day, nakakaloka!).

    How are your kids ?
